3. No Guaranteed Results

While we use proven strategies and best practices, digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors. A1 Productions does not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, revenue, or rankings.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information and materials
• Respond to queries and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure legal compliance of their products or services
• Handle leads, calls, and customer communication responsibly

5. Payments & Billing

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising budgets paid to platforms (Meta, Google) are separate from A1 Productions’ service fees.

6. Refund Policy

Fees paid for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, creatives, strategies, and materials created by A1 Productions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, data, and strategies shared during the engagement.

9. Third-Party Platforms

A1 Productions is not responsible for policy changes, suspensions, or technical issues on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or WhatsApp.

10. Limitation of Liability

A1 Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

A1 Productions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of revised terms.
