A1 Productions provides digital marketing and related professional services, including strategy, advertising, website development, SEO, and automation. These services involve time, expertise, and resources once initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp.

• Cancellations requested before work has commenced may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Once work has started, services cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• Monthly or recurring services must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services:

• All service fees paid to A1 Productions are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is strictly non-refundable and governed by their respective policies.
• No refunds will be provided for partially completed work.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances directly attributable to A1 Productions, management may review refund requests at its sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact A1 Productions directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.

6. Third-Party Costs

A1 Productions is not responsible for refunds related to third-party tools, software subscriptions, ad platforms, or domain/hosting providers.

7. Service Interruptions

We shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including platform policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues from third parties.

8. Policy Updates

A1 Productions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
